Shipping & Returns
Order processing can take up to 14 business days. All orders are shipped with standard shipping and expedited delivery is not available. All orders will be shipped via a Standard Service which takes 4-7 business days. Any items damaged while in the hands of UPS or USPS we will not be held responsible for replacement of damaged item(s). You must contact your local post office for reimbursement of damged items.
We ship to all 50 states; P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO addresses. (United States & Worldwide-UPS)
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the rising number of COVID-19 cases from state to state, we will no longer allow exchanges to ensure the health of our team members.
We appreciate you understanding, as we all navigating through these uncertain times.
No refunds will be processed by Unapologetic Apparel. Exchanges can be made for items that were damaged by Unapologetic Apparel within 30 days of your purchase date. (If your size is not available, at the time of the exchange request, you will receive your item 10-14 business days after the request.) All shipping costs to process exchanges will be incurred by the customer at the time of the exchange request.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to receive instructions on how to return your item(s).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
