Frequently asked questions

How do I place an order?


Orders can be placed through our "SHOP" page online where you can choose your desired item and are able to check out with our safe, fast and convenient checkout process. ALL orders are produced on demand and we do not carry inventory unless indicated.




How long will it take for my order to be mailed out to me?


Order processing can take up to 14 business days. ALL orders are shipped with standard shipping and expedited delivery is not available. ALL orders will be shipped via a standard service which takes 4-7 business days. We ship to all 50 states, P.O. Boxes, US Territories, and APO/FPO addresses (United States & USPS




What method of payment is accepted?


ALL payments can be made by debit or credit card. (Master, Visa and American Express)




Is there refunds or exchanges?


NO refunds will be processed for any Unapologetic Apparel garments and accessories. Exchanges can be made for items that were defective or damaged by Unapologetic Apparel within 30 days of your purchase date. ALL shipping cost to process exchanges will be incurred by the customer at the time of the exchange request.




Do you do custom orders?


Unapologetic Apparel only produces designs that are created by Unapologetic Apparel. We do not do custom desiging of any sorts. This includes color and garment style.
